Management of resources plays a significant role in minimizing the inputs and maximizing the output of the employees. The objective plan should be feasible for workers and the organization.

Time

Time management is the technique of measuring the effectiveness of the work done in the given time to an employee to do the assigned job in a commendatory environment.

Time management defines the quantity of work happening in the organization. It suggests a complete walkthrough of the series of events to follow for the utmost efficiency.

Organizations determine a standard by studying the output provided by employees in the given working conditions.

These standards are known as time standards.

Selection:

Selection is the process of identifying the appropriate candidate as per organizational goals.

The selection is the process of finding the right person for the right job at the right time. The process differs in different organizations and their departments. 

The selection process demands more care as a wrong decision in hiring can adversely affect the whole ecosystem.

Selection plays a significant role. The selection process is a necessary step in creating a healthy work environment for current as well as new employees.

Technical Viability: 

The duties assigned to the employees have a structure to keep the workload managed.

The workload should resound with the skills and efficiency levels of the employees.

The organization should coordinate with the availability of the equipment required at the workplace.

The organization should provide the required pieces of equipment to their employees.

Profit-Making viability:

Every organization is running because of the motive to earn profits. 

To attain their goal, they need to cut their expenses without going harsh on the quality of their product.

There are some costs that the manager can check on to reduce the extra cost. 

Some of the expenses an organization may incur are. Cost highly depends upon the nature of the organization, raw materials, maintenance of inventory, salary to employees, and Cost of capital. All the expenses should be cost-effective at the level of production.

Department viability:

The nature of the work reflects the perspective the employees have of themselves and others.

Challenges are the best way to test the presence of the mind an employee possesses. It makes them more dedicated to the problem-solving aspect of the work.

 Responsibility is provided to the workers which gives them self-confidence and a sense of security in the organization.

The manager should focus on the deportment practicality of the employees as these deportment traits of employees have a significant role in the effectiveness of the organization.

Observations:

The nature of the tasks mirrors the perception employees have of themselves and others.

Challenges get the most useful out of employees. It makes them more loyal to the job.

Important commitment is given to the employees and hence is the self-confidence and encourages them to work hard on the established job.

The manager should focus on the behavioral aspect of the employees as these behavioral traits of employees have a significant role in the effectiveness of the organization.

Planning:

The planning strategy is the route map of the series of events a product ought to go through from the idea to the implementation and follow-up.

The planning strategy is a need for the new developments and services presented by the organization.

 Re-planning is required for the follow-up of the entire procedure or with the shift in the market requirements, technological improvement, and any other change that could affect the demand of the product, but to have an idea for the new product planning strategy is the most dedicated pathway.

The planning strategy helps to create the entire structure of how to carry out the production of the product. For an instance, the premise of the establishment, machinery needs, personal needs, and other factors which are directly or indirectly create an impact on the product line.

Organizing:

It is the follow-up function of planning.

It is a manager, human and non-human resources working together in a synchronized manner.

Organizing helps in the delegation of authority and allocation of resources. It helps in the optimum utilization of resources.

Staffing:

It is the process of recruitment of eligible human resources for various positions in an organization.

Managers go through a process to find the best suitable employee for the organization.

Directing:

It is the part of management functions that puts the goals into action. Directing accumulates the above three functions and deploys them to one common goal.

As the name suggests, directing directs the pathway by putting things into action. The manager uses leadership, motivation, communication, etc. It helps to guide the employee.

Controlling:

Now is the time to have the real test of all the hard work the organization had done earlier.

Controlling measures and correcting if needed.

It ensures that things are working as per the plan.

It identifies the deviation and helps in achieving the goal.

After the whole function of Planning-Organizing-Staffing-Directing, the Human Resource Manager performs the various activities to ensure that function is aligned with goals.
